Training on all aspects of Direct Debit including signup, lodgement, collections, Amendments, Indemnity Claims, refunds and Bacs report processing,
Training on Bacs’ AUDDIS and Paperless Direct Debit (PDD) services,
Access to the industry experts during the course to ask questions specific to your organisation.

Because all organisations are unique, with differing needs, we believe in providing ongoing support beyond the delivery of training. To ensure that your ongoing support needs are met, all delegates are provided with access to our internet support area and they can email or telephone their trainer to ask questions as and when they arise following the training.
