Course content is agreed with yourselves in advance of delivery. Most commonly, our courses are adapted to include:
- Your own processes, procedures and systems, enabling your staff to leard about your processes in relation to their roles,
- Our Process Review Workshop, allowing you to investigate your processes in detail during the training to identify issues, their causes and solutions; including a report with recommendations,
- Our AUDDIS and PDD Migration Workshop, enabling you to identify all your migration actions whilst also learning about other aspects of Direct Debit Scheme Rules and Industry Best practices.
