Our ‘everything Direct Debit’ training course is accredited by Bacs, ensuring the training you receive details the most up to date Bacs Scheme rules and industry Best Practice. The training programme covers all the Bacs Scheme rules and industry best practices to help ensure your processes are compliant and efficient.

The course provides you with:

  • Training on all aspects of Direct Debit including sign-up of payers, lodgement of instructions, collections, indemnity claims and Bacs reporting
  • Training on Bacs’ AUDDIS and Paperless Direct Debit (PDD) services,
  • Training on the Direct Debit Scheme rules and industry best practices,
  • Access to the industry experts during and after the course to ask questions specific to your organisation.

The course can be delivered at your offices, delegates can attend one of our regular training days across the UK or you can undertake the training on-line from your desk. Although not Bacs Accredited, our on-line training option is based on our Bacs Accredited regional and onsite course; providing you with the same quality training.
