New Service User Support
New Direct Debit Service Users will submit their collections either directly to Bacs (Direct Submitter) or via a Bureau Service (Indirect Submitter). Submitting directly to Bacs involves undertaking the entire Direct debit process in-house, whilst Bureau offer a range of services, from simply submitting files through to administering the entire Direct Debit process on an organisations behalf.
With either model, it is essential that you understand what is involved in order to implement Direct Debit processes that meet your organisations needs. By ensuring Direct Debit process are compliant with Scheme Rules and meet business objectives; significant long term operational and redevelopment costs can be avoided.
