If you have undertaken our ‘AUDDIS & PDD Migration Workshop’, then we will already be providing you with up to six months free remote email and telephone support. If you require more suppoert, then contact us to discuss your specific equirements.
If you are already in the process of migration, then we can provide additional support to help ensure successful implementation of AUDDIS and/or PDD. Depending on your resources, capabilities and budgets, our assistance can be requested for any aspect of your project, for example:
For those new to the concept of AUDDIS and/or PDD:
- Understanding and Training: We can arrange an intital consultation to go over the services and identify your needs. Additional free background support is also available in our 'Payments Resource Area',
- Business Case: We can help develop your AUDDIS and PDD business case, identifying savings and costs to support your development plans. A free quick business case is also available in our our 'Payments Resource Area'.
For those implementing AUDDIS and/or PDD:
- Project Documentation: Compile a detailed report incorporating your current and future processes to ensure understanding of the project objectives and that the objectives meet your current and future business needs.
- Project Planning and Management: Compile your project plan, ensuring that tasks are present and deliverables are clearly defined. Attend project meetings as required to address any questions, uncertainties or issues that may arise.
- Software Selection: Assist in supplier selection, discussions or negotiations regarding software integration with AUDDIS, PDD and automated report processing.
- Process Documentation: Develop your Direct Debit collateral, including Paperless Direct Debit scripts to comply with the Direct Debit Scheme rules and industry best practices.
- Staff Training: Bacs Accredited or bespoke training on AUDDIS and PDD, incorporating your new internal processes and systems.
