Analysis and Preparation
The migration to AUDDIS and/or PDD is not as complex and daunting as many believe. The key is in the preparation and understanding of what needs to be done so as to avoid project delays and overspend.

Hourglass' unique workshop incorporates the AUDDIS and PDD aspects of our Bacs accredited “Everything Direct Debit” training in addition to a structured review of your current processes and systems to identify what changes are required. The workshop also incorporates the process of migrating to AUDDIS and PDD and related documentation.
AUDDIS & PDD Migration workshop
Our ‘AUDDIS & PDD Migration’ workshop delivers everything you need to prepare, plan and migrate to AUDDIS and PDD, including:
- essential background AUDDIS and PDD training – to ensure that you are aware of the processes involved and the Scheme Rules surrounding these services,
- a GAP analysis of existing sign-up and lodgement processes - to identify all the necessary areas where changes to current paper based processes will need to be undertaken,
- identification of the most appropriate migration options – based on your particular business situation and needs,
- an AUDDIS and PDD migration workbook and action list – capturing all the relevant information at the workshop so that you can develop a complete project plan and support your project team, and
- remote telephone and email support for up to six months following the workshop - to address questions as they arise during your implementation.
During the workshop all actions that need to be undertaken internally and externally in collaboration with suppliers and Bacs will be identified and documented. The workshop and remote support will provide sufficient knowledge to complete the implementation of internal process changes and migration to AUDDIS and PDD. Should you require additional support, please view our ‘Migration Support’ services.
Our unique migration workshop can also be adapted to include Bacs Accredited training on other aspects of the Direct Debit Scheme Rules, including collections & unpaids, ammendments & cancellations and/or indemnity claims & refunds.
